JACKSON – Mayor Mike Reina announced today that Jackson Township will be featured on Today in America – With four time super bowl champion and Hall of Fame Member Terry Bradshaw. Today in America highlights townships across the country that are the “best places to live, work, and play.”

The 5-minute segment will air one (1) time nationally on FOX Business Network and nineteen (19) times regionally on CNN Headline News through regional cable operators and/or Regional News Networks, in many of the top 100 markets nationwide based on viewer demographics, interests and the distribution checklist.

“In keeping with my promise to help bring jobs, commercial development and revenue to help stabilize taxes in our Town, this will be yet another step taken to introduce Jackson to people all over the country,” Mayor Reina said. “Jackson has a lot to offer, publicity like this will attract those looking for business opportunities, help boost tourism at home and region wide, and provide families and seniors with a showcase to those who wish to relocate their families and businesses. This is an exciting time and a great opportunity for Jackson. The Township will retain the professionally produced footage and be able to use the video in its community and economic development marketing materials.”

The Jackson Township Council adopted a resolution in support of featuring Jackson Township in the CNN Television series “Today in America”. Council President Ken Bressi states, “Not only are we getting the national exposure that our great town deserves, but this segment will also help showcase a plethora of business opportunities and highlight the diverse amenities that Jackson has to offer.”

“Our diversity is our strength and this nationally televised segment will help us get the message out that we are creating a business atmosphere to all,” said Administrator Joey Torres.
