  8. I consent to the required annual Motor Vehicle Abstract review by the Township of Jackson, Division of Personnel.
  10. In accordance with Township Driver’s License Policy employees whose work requires the operation of a Township vehicle will be required to submit a copy of their New Jersey Driver’s License for a Motor Vehicle Abstract review via the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission database.
  12. Employees are required to notify the immediate supervisor in cases where a license is expired, suspended or revoked and/or who is unable to obtain an occupational permit.
  14. Employees failing to report such an instance is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including demotion or termination. Please note that Motor Vehicle Abstract Reviews which indicate a suspended or revoked license status will also be subject to disciplinary action.
