Jackson Township Ordinance prohibits the operating or permitting the use or operation of any radio receiving set, musical instrument, television, phonograph, drum, or other device for the production or reproduction of sound in such a manner to cause noise disturbance; or operating any such device between the hours of 10 pm and the following 7 am.
All construction and demolition activity, excluding emergency work, shall not be performed between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, or between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on weekends and federal holidays
